Organic Shoe Powder, Foot Mask & Foot Soak: Skincare for Athlete's foot and Foot odor prone skin

"Basic" skincare needs vary and skin prone to athlete's foot and foot odor is no different. To properly care for your skin's natural defenses, it's crucial to exfoliate, moisturize and wash with a pH-friendly wash.

This mask can be used for the exfoliation part of the regimen and double as a shoe sprinkle to soak up excess moisture in shoes. Use this as a mask to clean pores, remove impurities and dead skin cells that athlete's foot feeds off of.

Made from two clays and 13 calming, aromatic botanicals, all safe to use on delicate, athlete's foot prone skin. High in vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and fatty acids to deeply nourish. The herbal blend purifies and alleviates temporary redness and discomfort.

Mask Directions: Mix 1/5 cup of clay with filtered water until clay falls easily off spoon. Avoid metal when mixing since it decreases clays pulling ability. Apply a generous layer, leave until completely or mostly dry, re-dampen and scrub off with a warm washrag or skin brush. Follow with a gentle alcohol-free moisturizer, like the one below.

Shoe Powder Directions: Sprinkle in shoes and socks. Don't wear
shoes two days in a row to provide a healthy, dry environment for feet.

Foot Soak Directions: Add 1/5 cup to a hot foot bath or use as a foot mask then scrub off into foot bath and soak as usual. Optional add Aromatic Foot Oil(link below), Apple Cider Vinegar, Baking Soda and/or Sea Salt.

This blend is 25% finely ground herbs, and 75% high-quality clay. The value of the herbs will decrease after a year. Bottled in Amber Glass Jars.
