Jewelweed has been used for centuries by Native Americans to soothe and heal Poison Ivy rash, it often grows symbiotically by Poison Ivy.
Directions: Mix clay with filtered water until clay falls easily off of the spoon. Avoid using metal when mixing since metal decreases the clays pulling ability. Apply a thick layer to rash, let dry then dampen the mask with a cool wash clothe and wash off with cool water. Never use warm or hot water as this spreads the plant's oil and opens your pores to absorb the oil deeper. For severe cases apply clay, cover with gauze and keep damp, leave for at least 45-60 minutes, then let dry. This is only needed for the most severe of cases.
This blend is 25% finely ground herbs, and 75% sustainably sourced high-quality clay. The medicinal value of the herbs will decrease after a year. All masks are bottled in Amber Glass Jars.
